• You can use your card like a debit card, most places where MasterCard or Visa is accepted (including online retailers).

• Your ClinCard is re-loadable. Be sure to hold on to your card for as long as you are on the study.

• If you do not use your card or if no study payments have been made for 6 months, a fee of $4.50/month will be deducted from your balance.

• Extra fees will be deducted from your balance if you use an ATM to withdraw funds (the amount varies by ATM.)

• Even though your card will be activated and can be used once your first payment is loaded by your study team, you may still want to register your card and set up a PIN as soon as possible.

• You can set up a PIN by calling ClinCard Customer Service at 1-866-952-3795

• In order to view your balance and see your transactions, you’ll need to register your card. Rutgers provides both Mastercard and Visa cards. To register, click on the appropriate card below to be taken to the portal.
